Join Hollie for the first gathering in our Karuna Ki Reiki Group Training series, a heart-centered exploration of compassion, self-awareness, and the loving energy of Karuna Ki. Together we will deepen our connection to the compassionate heart through guided meditation, sacred symbols, mudras, and experiential energy practice.

What We’ll Explore

• Awakening Compassion: Explore karuna, the practice of compassion for ourselves and others, and the art of holding space without taking on another person’s pain.

• Compassion for Self: Reflect on kindness toward the parts of ourselves that need understanding, forgiveness, and love.

• Level One Symbols: Learn and practice Zonar, Halu, Harth, and Rama, exploring their traditional meanings and energetic applications.

• Symbol Meditation: Connect with the symbols through visualization, intention, breath, and compassionate awareness.

• Exploring the Karuna Ki Mudras

• Karuna Ki Do Meditations: Introduction to Developing the Channel.

This is an invitation to nourish the compassionate heart within you and bring greater presence, kindness, and awareness to your Reiki practice.

Prerequisite: A desire to embody Unconditional Love and Compassion
