Seeing Thought for What It Is

Explore the relationship between thought and our moment-to-moment experience.

We’ll look at repetitive thinking, mental stories and overthinking—and what can happen when we learn to notice a thought without automatically believing it, fighting with it or acting upon it.

Experience: Watching the Thought

Theme: You are not required to believe every thought that passes through your mind.

Series dates November 5 & 19 • December 3 & 10 Thursdays • 5:30–7:00 PM

$35 per session. The complete four-part series is $120 when paid in advance. If you have already paid for the full series, this session is included.

Each evening can be enjoyed individually. The four sessions are designed as a journey into presence, listening, seeing, and remembering.

Location: Holistic Wellness & Detox Center, 167C Bluffton Road, Bluffton, SC 29910.

Space is limited to 18 participants to keep the experience intimate and interactive.
