About this event
This class is great activity for young children to get used to working in a class setting and learning how to control their bodies and work on self control and discipline. The classes are kept to a manageable time so each child is able to focus without getting irritable or frustrated. While the class does teach a mixture of martial arts principles, the intensity of the training is intended for this age group and there will be no sparring.
